FOCUS is a self-paced, online career guidance tool used to assist you in self-assessment and career exploration. FOCUS offers a variety of self-assessments. The Work Interest Assessment and the Leisure Interest Assessment are two of my favorites.

FOCUS also offers lots of occupational information. Some occupations even have their own videos.
